Founded in 2020, Phoenix Gas Home Care is a family-run business built on a foundation of quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and honest values. We're proud to serve the Bridgnorth area, providing reliable gas and heating solutions for homeowners.
From boiler installations and central heating upgrades to routine servicing and emergency repairs, we're committed to keeping your home warm and safe, all year round. We've grown from a small local venture to a trusted name in the community, and that's down to the dedication of our team and the loyalty of our customers.
Our Mission:
To deliver industry-leading heating and gas engineering services with a small company feel and values. We treat our customers and employees like family, ensuring professionalism, the highest standards, and trustworthy service.
Our Story:
Phoenix Gas Home Care began in 2020 when Dan Giles, our founder and lead engineer, moved on from his role at SSE. Starting as a sole trader, Dan quickly built a loyal customer base through hard work, reliability, and a commitment to doing the job right.
In 2023, we expanded significantly by taking over the customer base of Andy Gas. This expansion allowed us to bring in more experienced engineers and broaden our services, ensuring we can meet the growing needs of our customers. We were delighted to welcome Darren and Ellie, formerly of Andy Gas, to the Phoenix Gas Home Care team.
Our Values:
Family
We treat our customers and employees like family.
Professionalism
We maintain the highest standards of workmanship and customer service.
Honesty
We are always upfront and transparent with our customers.
Trustworthiness
You can rely on us to do the job right.
We believe in providing a personal touch, ensuring that every customer feels valued and that their needs are fully understood. When you choose Phoenix Gas Home Care, you're choosing a company that cares.
